Our daughter is severely allergic. Absolutely no pets allowed. If a pet is found, a $1,000 deep-cleaning fee will be charged and may affect other reservations.
Guests beyond the booking designation are charged an additional $35/night per person. Please ask before booking!
Out of respect for our neighbors, quiet time is 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Thank you for your courtesy.
No tennis. Court is for pickleball and basketball only. All games must end by 10:00 PM.
Mountain property — no city septic. Only flush provided septic-safe toilet paper. No food down drains. No bleach or non-septic-safe soaps.
Pre-set to 68°F in winter, 77°F in summer. Close windows when HVAC runs. Keep backyard screen door closed at all times.
